Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solve Pilot website, userscript, and related services operated by Solve Pilot Inc. By creating an account or using Solve Pilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Solve Pilot.

3. Acceptable Use

Solve Pilot is built for coursework, practice, and authorized training. You agree to:

  • Use Solve Pilot only on material you are authorized to use with AI assistance, and follow the rules of the platform and institution you are working within — see our Honor Code
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service
  • Not use Solve Pilot to violate any law or third-party rights
  • Not share one account across multiple people

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Honor Code.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • The 24-hour and weekly passes are one-time purchases. Monthly access renews until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

5. Your Content

You own the notes, transcripts, quizzes, and decks you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI recommendations can be incorrect, and websites can change without notice. Solve Pilot provides suggestions, not guarantees. Review important answers and verify anything that matters. We are not responsible for outcomes based on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep Solve Pilot available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solve Pilot Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
